Beauty and the Geek Creator Becomes a Fashionista.Like other famous celebrities venturing into the fashion industry, Ashton Kutcher, who recently tapped into "The Ultimate Social Experiment" on Beauty and the Geek, has just joined the bandwagon of celebrity fashionistas. Harper's Bazaar magazine's September issue features the young actor providing some tips for women on how to dress up and how to make their significant others feel good.
Kutcher is no fashion god, however, he and his wife, 44-year-old Demi Moore has made it into Vanity Fair's best dressed list this year.
"Guys don't like to be told they look nice, pretty, or cute or that they clean up well," the 29-year old Kutcher revealed. "We want to feel dirty, rugged, and, most important, that you feel safe when you are in our company. So when your guy finally tries on something that you like, tell him that he looks like James Bond or Tony Montana. Feel free to be even more vague than that: 'Wow, that suit makes you look like that hot football player!'"
"Trust me, say any of this and you won't be able to get him to take the damn suit off," he added. "Before you know it, he'll be wearing an Armani tux to league night at the bowling alley."
Kutcher also gave out some advice for women regarding their clothing and style, saying that simplicity is very important and that they should pick the right pieces to exude a refined and chic look.
"You never want people to notice your accessories… In this same way, your man should not upstage you. He is there to highlight you," the Beauty and the Geek creator said. "Make sure the look isn't too matchy-matchy… Your best bet is to match the man gear to that great new Balenciaga bag that you're planning to carry. If your bag works with your outfit, so will he."
Kutcher has had a number of shows up his sleeve, including Punk'd and The Real Wedding Crashers aside from Beauty and the Geek. As for his acting stints, he has appeared on That 70's Show, where he played Michael Kelso from 1998 to 2005.
